 Job Description Summary:   We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our scientific and medical device software development team. You will be responsible for leading software engineers to plan, build, integrate, test, and deliver software capabilities across a portfolio of software subsystems. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, people leadership, and execution accountability. You will work closely with software architects, product management, systems engineering, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, program management, and remote software teams to ensure the final product meets user needs, business objectives , quality standards, schedule commitments, and applicable medical device regulatory requirements. You will be a mentor for the team, a bridge across software and cross-functional teams, and a practicing engineer who remains engaged in design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical decision-making.   The Senior Staff Software Engineer b rings a strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze ambiguous technical and execution challenges, identify practical options, drive decisions, and follow through to resolution. Lead software engineers to deliver high-quality software for scientific and medical device platforms.   Own end-to-end software delivery plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and execution roadmaps for assigned software domains.   Drive feature execution from concept through release, ensuring commitments are delivered with high quality and on schedule.   Partner with subsystem architects to ensure delivery plans and implementation strategies align with architecture, product roadmaps, and long-term technical direction.   Participate in software design reviews, architecture discussions, code reviews, debugging, root-cause analysis, and technical decision-making.   Collaborate
