Trade Compliance Specialist

Execute daily Import and Export operations for the assigned plant with a focus on Customs Compliance  How you will do it:   Control the arrival of materials to the warehouse of the Customs Agent abroad  Validation of commercial documents  Reconciliation of arrived components vs. documents  Preparation of customs documents  Provide technical information obtained from other departments for the correct tariff classification of goods and/or request special import permits  Point of contact between the Customs Agent and the service plant  Follow-up of the customs clearance process, from loading, crossing, and arrival  Validation of import and export declarations, as well as their reconciliation and upload into the Annex 24 system  Management of the customs system (Annex 24)  KPIs with Customs Agents  Review of Expense Accounts  ​ What we look for:   Required   Bachelor's degree.  Minimum of 2 years related experience.  Excellent communication and organizational skills.  Sense of urgency.  Multi-task  Problem-solving skills.  English 80%  Proactive  Preferred:   Computer skills in MS Office applications.  SAP  Vastera  Knowledge of R8 and Procedures in VUCEM   SAT  Interpretation of Bill of Materials  What do we offer?
