RTP Accounts Payable Query Analyst (German speaking)

Albemarle is hiring for a Query Analyst . This position is hybrid and located in Budapest.

The primary responsibility of a Query Analyst is to support the third party vendor and internal stakeholder query management and incoming calls in a timely and high quality professional manner. Daily prioritization needs to be based on query date, issues with high priority needs to be handled timely and solving them before end of the day. They need to keep deadlines and manage reports related to day-to-day operations of the department. Perform requested corrections and complete requests from other teams/departments/colleagues Handle incoming supplier calls Receive other incoming queries (calls and emails) from internal and external end users  Take ownership of finding resolutions to all queries in a timely and accurate manner  Investigate root causes in cooperation with other departments thus enabling effective resolution and eliminating recurring issues Respect compliance procedures and provide assistance and supporting documentation upon audit or managerial request to avoid audit failure Provide assistance in the investigation and resolution of discrepancies within the payment process Perform and follow up on country specific tasks, such as dunning letters Frequent follow-up on MDG requests to reach resolution as soon as possible Request and follow up manual payment requests /off-cycle payment requests Eliminate ‘R’ blocked items, keep aging below 60 days Act as a back-up for specific Team Cooridnator tasks What You Bring Required: College or university degree Minimum 2-5 year of experience in RTP Advanced level of communication skills both written and verbal in English Other European language knowledge - German Good analytical skills Good time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good problem-solving skills Ability to make logical decisions Preferred: ECDL certification or equivalent qualification #LI-SZ1 Benefits of Joining Albemarle Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package A diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally.
