AI Agent Development Engineer

We are seeking an AI Agent Development Engineer with strong expertise in power plant process operations and control systems (preferably Ovation DCS). The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who combines deep domain knowledge with practical skills in AI, machine learning, data science, and Python programming to design, build, test, and deploy intelligent AI agents for industrial automation and decision support. This role is focused on direct development and technical execution, owning the complete AI agent development lifecycle, from understanding plant operations and data to agent design, implementation, validation, and deployment in real power plant environments.
