Manager - Japanese Unit Manager is required to look after all existing clients, and practice new business development, work with other units’ colleagues for devising new business development and cross selling strategy. What the day will look like Client Service: To build faithful and strong relationship with existing clients. To provide all existing clients proper risk management/insurance advices. To find out penetration opportunities and new clients referrals from existing clients. To work with other units’ colleagues to find out cross selling opportunities. Marketing: To build good relationship with carriers (Especially Japanese insurers/reinsurers). To communicate frequently with insurers/reinsurers in order to understand the updated risk appetite/priority of each insurer/reinsurer. Aon Internal Work: To cooperate with Aon Japan and other Aon offices in order to provide proper service for clients’ insurance program. To communicate with finance, accounting, HR, IT, Compliance depts. to stay updated about Aon internal rules and practice. General duties: To monitor all pending issues/works and get them done in timely manner. To improve insurance/risk management knowledge all the time, and participate internal and outside training seminars. To communicate with other Units colleagues to build strong internal team to provide better and more organized service for clients. To gain wider knowledge from other units’ expertise. To work closely with the supervisor and team members to effectively handle all new business development opportunities as well as existing clients’ issues. How this opportunity is different Bachelor’s degree or higher 3-5 years’ experience in insurance, sales, client management Fluent in spoken and written English Good interpersonal & communication skills Has good interpersonal and presentation, negotiation, and communication skills Customer Service Skills and skills to handle complaints Computing Skills and use of common office software #LI-PC1 2584019
