The Role
This is more than a job. It is an opportunity to play a key role in one of the UK's most significant defence programmes. As a Programme coordination lead, you will provide comprehensive administrative, coordination and PMO support in support of the Army Collective Training Service (ACTS) Programme. You will work closely with programme leadership, project managers, functional leads, industry partners and Authority stakeholders to ensure the efficient operation of the Programme Management Office (PMO). The role combines senior administrative support, programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, governance support and executive assistance, requiring a highly organised, proactive individual who can manage competing priorities and build effective working relationships across a complex delivery environment. You will work within a matrix organisation, reporting to the one of the Programme Manager. Ultimately, you will contribute to delivering a modernised training capability for the British Army.

Correspondence Management: Monitor and manage delegated inboxes, prioritising urgent matters, responding where appropriate, tracking actions and ensuring timely follow-up across multiple stakeholders.
