Summary The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business and technology objectives. This role leads complex development efforts across Salesforce platforms including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and custom applications. The Senior Salesforce Developer partners with architects, business analysts, product owners, and integration teams to deliver secure, high-performing solutions while mentoring junior developers and promoting development best practices.   Required Qualifications • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments. • Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. • Experience designing and developing integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and middleware platforms. • Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud. • Experience with Salesforce security models, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies. • Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes, source control systems, and DevOps practices. • Experience troubleshooting performance, scalability, and production issues. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience working in Agile delivery teams.   Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification. • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant. • Experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel, Flows, Einstein AI, Agentforce, or Salesforce Data Cloud. • Experience integrating Salesforce with contact center platforms such as Five9, NICE, or Genesys. • Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms. • Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, or modern API development frameworks. • Experience leading technical design sessions and mentoring development teams. • Experience supporting large-scale healthcare, insurance, financial services, or regulated industry implementations.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will also be considered. Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred.
