Engineer in Grand Prairie, Texas responsible for developing and maintaining a system architecture and requirements management using Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) techniques. Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions, and you will play a key role in developing models for current and future system designs, and serving as the focal point for the development and communication of the system architecture and requirements for various stakeholders. Basic Qualifications • Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position requires an interim clearance prior to start. • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or electrical engineering • 5 years of professional experience or 3 years or professional experience with a Masters degree or no experience required with a PhD • Experience with requirements definition and management tools, CAMEO and DOORS • Experience with system architecture design and development • Experience with Cameo modeling • Ability to work onsite. Desired Skills • Perform requirements definition of design characteristics for an objective system • Synthesize design characteristics into system architecture • Knowledge of and experience with missile systems • Integration and Test Experience • Define system tolerances and timelines • Conduct a thorough functional configuration audit with verification evidence provided • C++, Python and MATLAB experience is a plus Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
