JOB FUNCTION – REQUIREMENTS - SUCCESS FACTORS (Why job exists, what areas it impacts on, requirements to do the job, and Success Factors) Finish daily on time and meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management System, EHS Management System and Compliance requirement.日常工作应符合质量管理体系，EHS管理体系及合规要求。 Use MRP output, leverage with historic usage data, and follow with Kanban system to release purchase order, balance the goal of maintaining low inventories and providing adequate stocks to meet customer requirements;根据MRP输出的结果，与历史用量进行对比权衡，依照看板系统来下采购订单，在保持较低库存与提供足够库存之间做出权衡来满足客户要求。 Follow up the status of the purchasing orders issued (ETD, ETA, Receiving) through daily communication with suppliers to ensure target OTIF rate;通过与供应商的日常沟通来跟踪采购订单的状态（预计出发时间，预计到达时间，收货时间），保证货物的足额准时到达率。 Monitor open PO if any demand changes, including advance PO or delay/cancel open PO to ensure timely supply and keep inventory at reasonable level;根据需求变化，及时调整订单（提前或者取消，延期等），确保及时供应和维持合理的库存水平。 Suppliers management to solve delivery delay, delivery quality, material quality and return & replace issues, cooperating with IQC and lead buyer.供应商管理：解决日常交货延误，交货异常，物料质量及退换货问题，与IQC和大采购协作。 Material forecast demand to suppliers to prepare stock in advance.发预测需求给供应商提前备货。 Cooperate with suppliers, lead buyer, OP, technical and commercial for emergency material shortage.与供应商，大采购，生产计划，技术部及商务部门合作，解决紧急缺料断料问题。 Work with supplier, lead buyer, demand, OP, technical team and intercompany etc. to reduce long aging stock or dead stock; 和供应商，大采购，需求部，生产计划，技术, 兄弟公司等合作减少不良呆滞库存。 Work with lead buyer, technical, EHS and PS for material & supplier database set up.跟大采购，技术部，EHS和PS等合作，维护物料号，价格及供应商建立。 Maintain related parameters in MRP system;维护MRP系统中的相关参数。 Upload PO invoices and cooperate with the Accounting Dept. to settle the payments;上传提交采购订单发票，与财务部门合作，解决付款问题。 Consignment material stock counting and confirm.寄售原料每月盘点对账。 Special chemical purchase management.易制毒易制爆等特殊化学品采购管理。 Work with technical people to localize raw material sourcing and new project launch;与技术人员一起进行原材料本地化工作及新项目开展； Requires : Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering/Business/Science or equivalent.工程、商学或理科学士或以上学位。 Fluency in Mandarin and English. 普通话和英文流利。 Comply with all PPG ethics standards.该岗位工作人员必须遵守所有PPG 道德标准。 1 to 3 years of working experience with SAP.有1~3年使用SAP的工作经验 How we work: At PPG, we bring teams together to accelerate collaboration and career development, with in-person work Monday through Thursday and the opportunity to work remotely on Flexible Fridays.
