Job Description: The Associate Systems Administrator provides day-to-day enterprise end-user IT support, systems administration, infrastructure maintenance, and asset lifecycle support. This role is responsible for helping maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment by delivering white-glove technical support to employees, with particular focus on executive users, executive assistants, board-facing support needs, and visiting leaders. The ideal candidate combines solid technical troubleshooting skills, sound judgment within established processes, and a customer-focused approach, and operates effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
