Bachelor's Degree In related field 6 or more years product related experience 4 or more years of group Insurance experience in contract development analysis.

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience   Principal Duties & Responsibilities • Provides oversight and monitoring of team activities; delivers procedural guidance and specialized administrative support to ensure adherence to compliance standards   • Develops and maintains training plans and materials; oversees onboarding and quality assurance for new team members, including tracking progress   • Oversees training and quality review processes; mentors employees, communicates progress to leadership, and assigns training responsibilities as needed; maintains personal development   • Coordinates strategic initiatives and process reviews (e.g., Smart Drafting, implementation of new and enhanced benefits, renewal changes); ensures delivery against timelines, budget, and defined objectives, and facilitates discussions and decision-making   • Standardizes and implements process improvements; coordinates staffing adjustments based on volume and executes business rule changes   • Develops and executes tactical plans and process enhancements; manages SharePoint tools for documentation, tracking, and reporting   • Identifies and resolves gaps with filing processes; ensures clear, timely documentation and communication to internal teams   • Provides complex clerical and operational support related to contracts, certificates, and policy transactions; supports achievement of customer service standards and identifies automation improvement opportunities   • Ensures compliance with legal and
