Director 1, Healthcare Technology Management

You will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity readiness while collaborating closely with clinical teams and mentoring colleagues. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Manage purchasing, subcontracts, and financial planning to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management to optimize supply chain and service delivery. Drive organic sales growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and expanding service offerings. What you’ll bring Strong knowledge and practical understanding of regulatory compliance standards including CIHQ, DNV, and TJC. Skilled in applying solution-oriented approaches and critical thinking to effectively resolve complex issues and conflicts. Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional service while building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with customers, staff, and vendors. Proven business acumen and financial management expertise, with confidence in making sound budgetary and operational decisions. Extensive experience leading high-performing teams, with a focus on mentoring and developing both new and existing talent. Professional presence and ability to engage confidently with executive leadership as well as oversight of all clinical staff for program management and regulatory compliance and Project Management/Capital Planning.
