Senior Associate, Learning & Development – JLL   What this job involves: As a key member of the JLL Business Services (JBS) Learning & Development team, you will drive employee upskilling and development through targeted learning experiences designed specifically for Operations professionals. You'll facilitate engaging learning programs, maintain high-quality L&D data, and ensure a consistent, impactful experience across all our programs and products. This role is crucial to building JLL's talent capabilities and supporting our people in achieving their full potential while contributing directly to our business objectives.   What your day-to-day will look like: Lead and facilitate interactive in-person learning sessions and workshops that engage and captivate participants across all experience levels, from new hires to seasoned professionals and managers Regularly assess, evaluate, monitor, and track the effectiveness and success of training programs, providing feedback to participants and management on outcomes and impact Manage the administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure alignment with organizational requirements and effective support for learning initiatives Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and content for developing and enhancing training programs Efficiently collect training data and ensure accuracy in training reports and files for effective data management and reporting Provide coaching and mentorship to employees as part of their professional development initiatives Continuously work with the L&D team to develop and enhance new and existing training programs Role Requirements: Facilitation: 40% Planning: 30% Data Management: 30%   Required Qualifications: 10-12 years of related experience in learning and development Strong training and facilitation skills with proven ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning activities adaptable to different learning styles Proficiency in instructional design and principles of adult learning Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and performance improvement areas Project management proficiency to plan, organize, and execute learning initiatives while managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations Data analysis and evaluation skills to measure training effectiveness, evaluate learner performance, and make data-driven decisions Strong command of English language to facilitate communication and learning sessions effectively   Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for managing data, creating presentations, and facilitating training modules Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) for creating and delivering learning courses and tracking team progress Strong collaborative and relationship-building skills to work harmoniously with diverse stakeholders and maintain positive rapport Business acumen and understanding of business operations to align training initiatives with organizational goals Adaptability and continuous learning mindset with commitment to staying updated on industry advancements and emerging trends AI fluency and enablement, including working knowledge of generative AI tools and ability to translate AI concepts into
