Toyota’s North American Corporate Security & Emergency Management Department (CSEM) is seeking a Senior Analyst with strong project management, construction, and physical security systems experience to support physical security technology projects across North American operations. This role is part of CSEM, reports to the Manager of Physical Security & Emergency Management Technology, and is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing assigned physical security projects, including construction coordination, system implementation, financial tracking, and project delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience, practical construction knowledge, and physical security systems expertise. They can translate business requirements, technical standards, construction documents, site conditions, and stakeholder needs into projects that improve security, reliability, and operational readiness while supporting Kaizen. What you’ll be doing Plan and execute assigned physical security technology projects across Toyota sites, including new builds, system uplifts, retrofits, and other security infrastructure improvements. Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, milestones, risks, issues, changes, decisions, documentation, and countermeasures throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with site leaders, Security, Facilities, Engineering, technology teams, architects, engineers, general contractors, integrators, vendors, and other partners to align project activities with Toyota requirements, technical standards, construction schedules, and operational needs. Review and interpret architectural, electrical, low-voltage, security, and related construction drawings and specifications to identify requirements, scope gaps, design conflicts, constructability concerns, and coordination issues. Coordinate physical security systems and associated infrastructure, including access control, video management systems, visitor management, intercoms, turnstiles, perimeter security, access-controlled openings, and related building and technology interfaces. Participate in design reviews, construction meetings, site walks, system implementation, testing, commissioning, acceptance, turnover, and project closeout ensuring security related requirements are implemented. Coordinate integrators, contractors, consultants, and service providers supporting assigned projects and track performance, cost, schedule, quality, risks, and open issues ensuring security related requirements are implemented. Support assigned fire protection and related infrastructure projects through project coordination and execution in partnership with appropriate technical subject matter experts. Conduct or support root cause analysis for project, system, installation, and recurring performance issues by developing countermeasures and corrective actions to reduce recurrence and support continuous improvement.
