The Lockbox Operations Processor provides cross-functional production support across Operations Services. This role focuses on processing payments and documents, including high-volume data entry and 10‑key keying, scanning, sorting mail, and working across multiple areas within the department. Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are essential. Work is primarily performed while seated, with some standing, repetitive motions, and movement to retrieve or transport materials.   Schedule This position is scheduled to work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Wednesday and Saturday are regularly scheduled days off.

Process payments, checks, and remittance documents Perform high-volume data entry, including keying and 10‑key functions Scan, image, and archive checks and documents Sort and distribute mail Rotate and support multiple functional areas within the department Work in multiple operational systems Research and resolve processing exceptions Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate as needed Interact with internal partners and external vendors or customers Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent One to two years or more of related work experience​ Preferred Skills and Experience Experience with high-volume data entry, including keying and 10‑key Knowledge of related products, systems, and regulatory requirements Strong customer service mindset Good time management and organizational skills Ability to analyze data and resolve exceptions Strong PC skills Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet physical requirements, including repetitive motions, lifting trays, and pushing carts Location expectations:   This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled work days.
