What you’ll do here: Create and publish dashboards in Adobe Analytics Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Create implementation guides and consolidate data from various sources while ensuring data quality through quality assurance (QA) processes. Monitor, identify, and analyze trends; explain anomalies; and provide recommendations regarding results and productivity. Build and maintain a data inventory and support the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze and present information clearly and concisely to various audiences within the organization. Create and maintain effective documentation to support training, workflow enhancement, the adoption of best practices, and audit requirements. Conceptualize, develop, and implement technical solutions to meet the evolving needs of our partners. Collaborate with project team members in developing new reports using Power BI. Provide support for other ad hoc needs, including data analyses and implementations. What you bring to the table: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a data-related field, such as AI, computer sciences, marketing, or business, or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience. Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Winter 2027 Term (January to April). Must be an active student during your internship and/or returning to school in next Summer or Fall 2027 following your internship. For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country. No Canadian work experience required, but must be eligible to work in Canada. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a variety of audiences. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail. Dynamic, energetic, and proactive. At least one internship or prior experience in data analysis is an asset. Experience with analytics and tag-management tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar tools (an asset). Knowledge of programming languages
