Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. Your New Role Photo Operations Specialist will be part of the Photo Operations team (APAC) within Global Content Operations. This role will support and work closely with the Photo Operations Manager to fulfil pan-regional image requirements across DTC (direct-to-consumer) products, digital media, publicity, and marketing teams.

Your Role

Accountabilities Support and work closely with the Photo Operations Manager on providing all image deliverables for Japan and APAC. Manage, coordinate, and deliver large volumes of images for streaming services across Japan and APAC. Liaise with internal and external cross-functional teams as required. Engage and manage vendors to produce and localize creative artwork, ensuring all deliverables meet WBD quality standards and requirements. Review, quality control, track, and manage deliveries for large volumes of detailed image requirements. Source assets from multiple internal and external channels, while cataloging, organizing, and maintaining local asset libraries in accordance with Digital Asset Management best practices. Work with global creative teams to receive, localize, and distribute artwork across Japan and APAC, and create or localize Key Art based on available assets when required. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably within an international company or creative agency environment. Demonstrated experience in project management, including large-scale and complex creative delivery projects. Strong knowledge of best practices across a variety of image formats, asset types, and technical specifications. Excellent communication skills in English and native-level Japanese reading and writing ability. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Lightroom. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Proven ability to build effective relationships in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while working independently with minimal supervision.
