Job Description Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Order to Cash! In this role the incumbent should possess deep domain expertise in end-to-end OTC processes with a proven track record of managing high-volume collections and driving process efficiencies since this is a critical global role with a strong emphasis on OTC operations particularly in Collections. Responsibilities: - Sound domain knowledge in all OTC aspects such as billing collections cash applications and dispute management with the ability to draw linkages across all sub processes. - Demonstrate lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda. - Must be able to work with cross functional teams like Operations GPO Digital team Transformation team Transitions team HR recruitment etc. - Pro-active ability to trouble shoot work through organizational change scenarios. - Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify understand and intensify performance gaps and/ or performance breakthroughs. - Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps. - Achieve assigned Accounts Receivable targets in accordance with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). - Conduct effective one-on-one sessions with team members to drive performance and engagement. - Identify and resolve gaps impacting receivables ensuring proactive issue management. - Foster collaborative relationships with internal business partners to enhance operational efficiency. - Continuously identify and implement process improvement opportunities within AR and deductions management. - Recommend procedural enhancements to streamline operations and improve productivity. - Participate in governance meetings at the country and regional levels. - Consistently meet client expectations related to AR SL As. - Lead regular operational meetings with clients to review performance and address concerns. - Champion Lean Daily Management practices and support Genpacts global and regional initiatives to ensure Surprise-Free Operations in Healthcare. - Own the planning and execution of annual financial targets including revenue and AOI for the assigned account. - Drive impactful client interactions ensuring collaborative relationships and ownership of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) process and action plans.
