Provisioning Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Provisioning Manager to lead our provisioning operations and elevate our customer onboarding experience. You will oversee the end-to-end provisioning process for a range of third-party products, manage and develop a team of provisioning specialists, and drive continuous improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.     English Resume Required.         Location – Philippines, Hybrid - 8AM – 5PM Pacific Standard Time     What You’ll be Doing   Lead and manage the provisioning team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and day-to-day guidance to ensure SLAs are consistently met   Oversee account setup and configuration for new clients, ensuring all features, permissions, and access rights are accurately assigned across all third-party products within our one business day SLA   Manage user account lifecycle, including role assignments, permissions, access rights, and account modifications, ensuring accuracy at all times   Ensure the accuracy and security of customer data throughout the provisioning process and oversee data migrations into the SaaS platform in line with data integrity best practices   Identify and implement improvements to provisioning workflows to enhance team efficiency and customer experience; oversee subscription management to contribute to smoother operations   Serve as the escalation point for provisioning-related issues, resolving complex problems promptly to minimize customer disruption   Generate and analyze reports on provisioning activities and user metrics to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement   Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Billing teams to ensure seamless operations   Support the Billing team with cross-training and month-end close activities   Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR, and ensure a secure data environment at all times   Products include but are not limited to: Autotask, Crowdstrike, Bitdefender, ServiceNow, and more   Other duties as needed        About You You have 4+ years of provisioning experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role with direct reports   You have proven experience leading a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment   You are action-oriented with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders at all levels   You are a hero in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines   Your superpower is solving problems independently and presenting solutions with confidence   Teamwork is your nickname, but you can also work independently   You have experience analyzing large transactional volumes, preparing trend analysis, and resolving variance issues   Proficient in Excel and Zendesk; understanding of Salesforce   Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR   Comfortable with a busy month-end process   A Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus       About Us    NinjaOne automates the hardest parts of IT to deliver visibility, security, and control over all endpoints for more than 30,000 customers.
