The Facilities Management Expert is responsible for overseeing all aspects of campus facilities, including building operations, maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and administrative coordination. What will your job look like?
Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance and other operations activities across the relevant Amdocs offices. Act as a primary point of contact for facilities-related topics, supporting a safe and efficient working environment. Full collaboration with the other team members Coordinate facility and logistics needs in line with company policies. Maintain accurate records related to activities, services, and repairs. Coordinate and execute site events while driving continuous improvements across areas of responsibility, ensuring quality and cost efficiency. Serve as an EHS support, including responsibility for business continuity planning and support (BCP), security systems, and implementation of EHS and ISO standards aligned with global guidelines. Be involved in the implementation and execution of all EHS and security requirements across the relevant offices. Deliver end-to-end projects (building works, renovations, space allocation). Perform proactive inspections of ongoing services Manage vendors within scope, ensuring invoice review aligns with allocated budgets while promoting efficiency and cost awareness. Technical certification (such as practical engineering). Strong proficiency in English and Greek. At least 4 years of relevant experience. Experience working in a matrix environment. Experience managing projects from planning through execution. Technical knowledge (e.g. electrical, air conditioning systems etc). Experience working on large sites within a global company.
