Scrum Master-Agile Coach

As an agile coach formulate strategy/approach to guide Teams achievement of their target through application of agile methods/methodology and play an important role in agile transformation journey of the Group. Enable team's growth and maturity of agile skills and mind-set in the entire Group. Facilitate identification and removal of systemic impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of Agile transformation goals. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role As "Agile Coach" Provide thought leadership and aid management in designing/enabling the underlying system to support application & sustenance of agile practices and culture Guide transformational change with managers, programs, and team levels, in a large matrixed organization, helping them see broader perspectives, and shift mindset to adopt new skills associated with self-governing teams Work directly with teams to implement and improve agile values, principles, and practices (Scrum, Kanban, SaFe, LeSS etc) Organize and moderate all Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, eliminate impediments, continuously work on improving development and support the team to reach the team commitment during their adaption phase. Mentor and coach Product Owners and Scrum Masters into fulfilling their role objectives Design and establish appropriate metrics to enable teams to continuously inspect and adapt Assess teams' health of agile practices and coaching them to desired levels Be an active part of the cross-site Scrum master community to exchange and improve competence, techniques and Evaluate and recommend latest tools for product improvement and Continuous Integration. Identify and implement methodology and innovation topics within the organization Utilize maturity assessments to continually evolve coaching goals · Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 10+ years of overall experience in software development with exposure to the entire SDLC 5+ of practical experience of Agile Coaching, Scrum Master/Kanban Lead, Agile Project Management for Software development teams with strong know-how of agile development methodologies Scaled Agile (SAFe, Scrum at Scale, LESS) experience Proven results in executing initiatives like continuous improvement and innovation Experience with Agile/DevOps/Quality practices (hypothesis-driven development, test automation, TDD, BDD, FDD, ATDD, etc.) Solid communication skills, confident, good negotiation skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization Ability to provide training in structured(classroom) and unstructured environments Ability to share knowledge and foster skills on personal and professional growth of others Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence Strong expertise in Lean practices Prior experience with Value stream mapping and Product Canvasing Ability to identify and clearly communicate impact of risks to delivery to key business stakeholders and multiple levels of leadership #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
