Licensed Trainer Senior Job Description The Licensed Trainer Senior is responsible for providing high levels of support to newly recruited Wealth Services personnel, such as licensed representatives, resource officers and service team managers to help new hires learn and become more proficient with advisor desktop tools. The trainer works in conjunction with a select group of internal product and subject matter experts as required. They will maintain procedure guides, user manuals and other training materials , and update and maintain on Wealth business intranet sites. The Trainer will train on specific subject matter periodically to both sharpen the skills of employees as well as present new systems, processes, procedures and updates. The trainer will work in the capacity of a subject matter expert, assisting former trainees even after training comes to completion. They will also coordinate with subject matter experts across various topics, facilitating adjunct training to include but not limited to Client Onboarding and Maintenance, Brokerage Platforms, Trading, Managed Accounts, Citi Wealth Advisor, Salesforce, Alternate Investments, Financial Planning, Insurance & Annuities, Cash Management and Lending. This position also provides specific support over 3rd party software tools such as NetX360, Salesforce, and other product tools. This position represents these software tools to Wealth Services personnel, internal business areas, as well as ensures the latest versions and product enhancements are identified. This position also provides the necessary technical and product knowledge to help support US Citigold/CPC Teams who are utilizing these tools with Affluent and High-Net-Worth Clients. Delivers training based on principles of adult learning using a variety of instructional methods and media appropriate for the proposed learning objectives to predominately exempt populations including advanced level workshops. Delivers product, technical, systems, sales, behavioral and skill-based training in a classroom or virtual environment. Delivers nationally developed curricula in a consistent manner. Partners within USCC and Wealth Management Learning to deliver customized learning events. Manages the learning environment to ensure desired outcomes are achieved including the transfer of learning. Displays solid knowledge of course content and materials. Uses USCC and Wealth Management Learning assessment tools to measure and analyze training results and identify gaps in learning; communicates curriculum gaps to Design and Development team. Collaborate with managers to create individualized coaching plans that ensure new hire and incumbent success. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure new hire onboarding success. Facilitate coaching, communication and leadership workshops for exempt population. The Business Trainer Senior may work in an adaptive, self-managed, cross-functional Agile development team where additional duties may arise including, but not limited to: Support the intake of new learning requests through consulting and needs analysis as well as implementation of final product (including building and influencing key relationships across HR, L&D and the business); measure business outcomes.  Supporting design and development of training solutions using a variety of learning tools and modalities in partnership with business and learning partners Observing and/or facilitating created curricula in both classroom and virtual environments and collaborating with key partners to ensure learner success Qualifications – Internal Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience with Citi Wealth Minimum 5-8 years professional work experience Registered FINRA Series 7, and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licensing is required for the role - additional licenses 66 or 65 preferred Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Requires high knowledge level of Brokerage / Wealth
