Location: Bhosari, Pune Department: Human Resources Reporting To: Sr. Manager HR Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day Industrial Relations activities and maintain harmonious employee and union relations. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, charge sheets, warning letters, and misconduct investigations. Coordinate with union representatives and support collective bargaining and wage settlement processes. Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factories Act, Industrial Relations Code, CLRA, Apprentices Act, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements. Monitor compliance of contract labour contractors and maintain statutory records and returns. Liaise with labour authorities, government officials, legal consultants, and advocates. Support handling of labour disputes, legal cases, conciliation proceedings, and court matters. Conduct compliance audits and drive corrective actions across the plant. Prepare MIS reports related to IR, legal matters, disciplinary cases, and statutory compliance. Desired Candidate Profile MBA/MLW/MSW (HR/IR) or equivalent qualification. LLB preferred. 5 to 8 years of experience in Industrial Relations and Labour Law Compliance in a manufacturing environment. Experience in handling unionized workforce, disciplinary processes, contract labour management, and legal compliance. Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory requirements. Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
