About the GRIT Program: The  Graduate Industry Traineeships (GRIT)Program  is an initiative by the  Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) that provides fresh graduates with structured traineeship opportunities across various industries for a period of 3 to 6months. The program aims to support fresh graduates with no prior working experience by providing hands-on industry exposure and practical skills development. Through structured training and real-world project experience, trainees gain industry-relevant competencies that support their transition intofull-time employment.
