Title: LCV EUCOM Kosovo: Cost Control Specialist Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! Program Summary KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract ( LOGCAP ). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 10 countries.

The Cost Control Specialist supports project controls and cost management activities by maintaining and reconciling cost data, preparing recurring reports, monitoring actual costs and commitments, and assisting with forecasting and variance analysis. The role works closely with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Subcontracts, Human Resources, and other project personnel to ensure cost and staffing information is accurate, timely, and complete. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and able to identify data inconsistencies and cost trends while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment. Roles and Responsibilities Review and validate invoices, requisitions, labor charges, commitments, and other cost transactions to ensure accurate cost coding, appropriate charge allocation, and compliance with project requirements and company procedures. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project cost forecasts, Estimates at Completion, variance analyses, and recurring cost reports. Support Project Controls leadership in monitoring project performance, researching cost variances, maintaining assigned Areas of Responsibility, and assisting in the development and maintenance of Estimates at Completion and other project control deliverables. Assist with monthly cost reporting cycles, including cost accruals, reconciliations, forecast updates, and management reporting deliverables. Review project costs and commitments for accuracy and assist in monitoring performance against budgets and forecasts. Perform cost trend and expenditure analysis to support management decision making. Coordinate with other departments, and project personnel to obtain and validate cost-related information. Maintain project controls documentation, records, and supporting analyses in accordance with company procedures. Prioritize multiple assignments and adapt to changing business requirements and reporting deadlines. Perform other duties as assigned.

(Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) Must have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience in project controls, cost management, accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, or a related analytical field. Four years of directly related professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Must have experience analyzing data, reconciling information, identifying discrepancies, and supporting forecasts or recurring financial or cost reports. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, PivotTables, and the analysis and reconciliation of large datasets. Must possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple assignments and recurring deadlines. Must possess effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments and organizational levels. Intermediate in English proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English at an Intermediate level. Must be fluent in Albanian and possess an unrestricted legal right to work and reside in Kosovo.
