You will be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience in SAP SuccessFactors, guiding decisions that impact multiple groups. Your ability to engage collaboratively and provide solutions that resonate across various stakeholders will be highly valued.   Work with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and provide expert guidance on the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives. Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including integrations with other systems Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions. Provide technical expertise and support to clients during and after the implementation process Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team and clients Leverage deep functional, industry, or offering expertise to enhance project outcomes and deliver value Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements What You Need: Minimum 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics   Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Strategy methods and SAP Implementations Minimum 3 years of experience in/with SAP Joule Agents Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience) Bonus Points If: You have strong knowledge of SuccessFactors module integrations You have experience leading specific workstreams (Data Conversion, Testing, Functional/Technical Integrations) You’ve completed certification in multiple SuccessFactors modules You have master proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics. You have advanced proficiency in Solution Architecture.
