The priority at all times should be: •           The health, safety and security of all visitors and occupants. •           The presentation of the property, and •           Day to day contractor management Sound like you?  This is what we’re looking for: You will have a demonstrated background in building operations, either from a trade or facilities background and have a proactive and positive approach to their career. Strong communication and customer service skills are sought, along with excellent reporting abilities.
