Job Overview As a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Interviewer, you will play a key role in powering holiday hiring success by conducting structured interviews for hourly positions in a fast-paced, centralized environment. You will connect with candidates, evaluate qualifications, and help identify top talent while delivering an interview experience that is welcoming, consistent, and rooted in genuine hospitality. Working closely with Talent Acquisition leaders and team members, you will help move hiring forward with speed, care, and professionalism during one of the most important hiring seasons of the year. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.
