Track business metrics, adoption, delivery health, operational readiness, risks, ownership, and impact. Communicate progress to stakeholders and leaders. Create decision-ready materials, including project updates, milestone reviews, recommendations, architecture summaries, and prioritization options. Lead day-to-day cross-functional execution by coordinating work, removing blockers, and promoting accountability for outcomes.
