We are looking for an experienced NSD Project Manager to lead a global Network Service Desk transformation initiative. In this role, you will drive project delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment across business, technology, operations, and supplier teams, ensuring successful execution of a high-impact international transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Network Service Desk transformation program. Maintain project plans, governance, milestones, reporting, and dependency tracking. Coordinate business, technology, supplier, and leadership stakeholders. Manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and implementation readiness. Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates. Ensure timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and effective communication.
Requirements
5+ years of project management experience in technology transformation or service delivery. Advanced English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven track record of delivering large-scale global transformation or change projects . Experience working with senior stakeholders and distributed teams . Strong knowledge of project governance , risk management , and delivery management . Experience managing vendors and supplier relationships . Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification is a plus.
