About The Department: The Talent Acquisition team helps the business attract and hire exceptional talent across Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), asset management, fund operations, technology, legal, compliance and corporate functions. We work closely with hiring leaders, Human Resources partners and global stakeholders to deliver effective hiring solutions. The team combines market insights, sourcing expertise and data-driven decision making to support business growth. Joining this team provides an opportunity to influence talent strategy, partner with senior leaders and contribute to key organizational priorities. How You Will Add Value? Recruiting and Sourcing: You will lead end-to-end recruitment for business-critical roles. You will develop targeted sourcing and hiring strategies. You will build strong talent pipelines for future demand. You will identify and engage high-quality talent through multiple channels. You will deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will promote the company's employer brand and value proposition. You will maintain accurate recruitment data and records. Stakeholder and Business Partnership: You will advise hiring managers on talent market conditions. You will partner with Human Resources and business leaders. You will develop recruitment solutions aligned to business needs. You will identify hiring risks and recommend solutions. You will support informed and timely hiring decisions. You will manage agency and external search relationships. Market Intelligence and Governance: You will provide market insights and hiring intelligence. You will track talent trends and competitor activity. You will use recruitment data to improve hiring outcomes. You will communicate hiring progress and performance metrics. You will ensure adherence to recruitment policies and governance standards. Programs and Strategic Initiatives: You will support diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives. You will lead campus, internship and early-career hiring programs. You will execute high-volume and project-based hiring campaigns. You will contribute to continuous process improvements and Talent Acquisition initiatives. What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role? Experience, Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Postgraduate Human Resources qualification preferred. 9+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience. Experience in financial services, asset management, technology or corporate functions. Proven success hiring for specialist and business-critical roles. Experience working with senior stakeholders and global teams. Exposure to diversity, campus or high-volume hiring initiatives. Technical Skills: Advanced sourcing and talent-mapping expertise. Strong pipeline-building and candidate assessment skills. Knowledge of the India talent market. Recruitment analytics and market intelligence capabilities. Experience with applicant tracking systems. Workday and Taleo experience preferred. Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong planning and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Collaborative, adaptable and solution-oriented mindset.
