Grow Your Skills, Grow Your Potential Responsibilities We’re seeking a Lead Software Engineer  to join the Digital Experience Test Enablement Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment to deliver Automation solutions that help Product Teams improve testing, business processes, and services. This role emphasizes end-to-end execution—from Automation solution design and development to deployment—and a mindset focused on innovation, including agentic AI, GenAI, and cloud/platform engineering. You’ll have opportunities to lead small automation teams, collaborate with engineers across the department, and influence improvements to test strategy, operational workflows, and software delivery practices. Some Responsibilities May Include: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Automation software solutions using python pyspark, Angular, and Go. Apply AI tools and techniques, including GenAI development, Agents, and LLM-based models, to build intelligent solutions that enhance test and product capabilities. Collaborate with Modernization teams to develop innovative solutions to accelerate software development life cycle delivery. Build and optimize AI and Cloud workflows (including pipelines, orchestration, and integrations). Stay current with emerging AI technologies and best practices to continuously improve our AI capabilities.
