For our data centers in the Frankfurt area (“FRA Cluster”) we are looking for a Data Center Security Compliance Manager (CSC) to ensure our facilities are built and comply to our policies and standards. Under the direct leadership of the Cluster Security Manager, or other appointed manager, the CSC ensures the physical security posture of the sites is delivered and handed over to the DC Security operations team. Key job responsibilities Supports the on-site Data Centre Security Manager (DSM) and Security Program Manager (SPM) to achieve right first time project deliver in line with the current standards and policies in force. Inspect and insure that security standards and policies are adhered to at all stages in the delivery of a new facility. Identify non compliance areas and work with the owning teams to address prior to handoff to DC security operations. Identify, monitor any non compliance issues and drive with Data Centre Security Manager (DSM) and Security Program Manager (SPM) to closure prior to project handover, using internal tools and system to track and escalate. Provide guidance to construction and other delivery teams on security standards and policies. Collaborates and coordinates with the Security Operation Center (SOC), Data Centre Security Manager (DSM) and Security Program Manager (SPM) during project delivery and hand-offs. Creates and constantly improves procedures, processes and workflows using data and metrics to identify issues and areas of improvements. Develops specific knowledge of the various operational process paths within the Data Center to identify security vulnerabilities. Perform various security inspections, audits and investigations as required and as instructed. A day in the life As a Data Centre Security Manager, your day revolves around keeping new facilities build on track to meet security standards before handover. You do site walks site walk, logging non-compliance issues and notifying owning teams immediately. You join construction project calls alongside the DSM and SPM, driving open items to resolution with clear deadlines. You escalate risks using internal tools, and conduct scheduled audits. You close the day updating the compliance tracker and close the week managing up projects status. Every action targets one goal — right first time delivery, no exceptions.
