As a Finance Manager, you'll play a critical role in creating an outstanding ownership experience while helping drive dealership profitability. Key Responsibilities:

Guide customers through financing and lease options while securing appropriate lender approvals Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lending partners Present finance, protection, warranty, GAP, and aftermarket products with confidence and professionalism Ensure all transactions are completed accurately, legally, and ethically Achieve departmental goals for finance income, product penetration, and customer satisfaction Prepare and submit all required federal, state, and dealership documentation in a timely manner Enhance the customer experience by creating a transparent and efficient purchasing process Monitor performance metrics and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports Recruit, coach, and develop F&I team members as needed Partner with sales and management teams to create a seamless customer experience Demonstrate Group 1 Automotive's core values of integrity, transparency, professionalism, teamwork, and respect

2+ years of successful automotive Finance & Insurance experience F&I Manager experience preferred
