The Senior Global Product Manager, Upstream Process Development is the commercial owner of Cytiva’s cell line and upstream process development portfolio, spanning cell line and cell biology solutions, Fast Trak process-development services, and next-generation platform technologies. The role sits within the Clinical Programs platform and helps customers make earlier and better-informed cell-line decisions, accelerate process development, de-risk scale-up, and reduce time-to-clinic. The role requires deep expertise in mammalian cell line development, upstream process development and biologics manufacturing, combined with strong business acumen, portfolio management, and marketing experience. The successful candidate serves as the commercial voice of the customer — translating market needs into product strategy, driving growth initiatives, and shaping Cytiva’s long-term position in the cell line and upstream development segments. As an experienced Senior Global Product Manager, you will operate independently with strategic autonomy, delivering business results and owning the portfolio roadmap while actively contributing to the Clinical Programs’ strategy. You will serve as a key interface between R&D, commercial teams, and external partners—translating complex technical capabilities into customer value and competitive differentiation. This position reports to the Director of Product Management and is part of the Clinical Programs Portfolio & Commercial Ops team located in England and will be a remote role.
