Job Summary
As enterprise workloads, cloud services, and connected devices expand, managing and securing non-human identities has become a top priority. As a Machine Identity Security Sales Specialist, you will lead customer engagement for our Next-Generation Trust Security (NGTS) and Quantum-Safe Security solutions. You will work closely with SMB customers to resolve critical operational challenges—such as certificate-driven outages, legacy PKI complexity, and "harvest now, decrypt later" quantum risks—by delivering cryptographic agility across their edge, cloud, and network environments.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Revenue & Pipeline: Build, manage, and close sales opportunities within target enterprise accounts to achieve quarterly and annual quota targets. Domain Leadership: Function as a subject matter expert on Machine Identity Management, Certificate Lifecycle Automation, PKI Modernization, and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC). Executive Engagement: Deliver strategic presentations to C-level executives, security leaders, and infrastructure teams, aligning solutions with enterprise risk and compliance priorities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with core Account Executives, Systems Engineers, Channel Partners, and Product Management teams to identify upsell opportunities and accelerate deal velocity. Customer Value Realization: Help clients establish Cryptographic Bills of Materials (CBOMs), remediate crypto-debt, and deploy continuous drift detection using Palo Alto Networks platforms. Market Insights: Provide structured customer feedback to Product and Strategy teams to inform roadmap development for trust and quantum security solutions.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a cybersecurity role. Domain Knowledge: Proven understanding of Machine Identity, PKI architecture, Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM), SSL/TLS inspection, or Cryptographic Management. Familiarity with Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) standards and transition frameworks is highly valued. Sales Execution: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota targets through strategic solution selling. Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts—such as cipher translation and cryptographic risk mapping—into business-aligned outcomes for executive leadership. Collaboration: Demonstrated success working in matrixed environments, partnering with field sales teams, channels, and technical specialists.
