Role Purpose Execute required customizations, apply configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system and support implementation of business processes. Software Asset Management and Telecom Sourcing Analyst Support the organization's software license compliance, cost optimization, and lifecycle management by maintaining accurate asset records and assisting with audits and renewals. Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the software asset inventory (licenses, installations, entitlements) Reconcile purchased licenses against actual deployment/usage data Assist with software license compliance audits (internal and vendor-initiated) Track software contract renewal dates and support renewal/negotiation prep Help identify unused or underused licenses to reduce costs Support onboarding/offboarding processes related to software provisioning and deprovisioning Maintain documentation for SAM policies, procedures, and the CMDB (configuration management database) Collaborate with IT procurement, legal, and security teams on license terms and usage rights Generate reports
