Cigna Investment Management (CIM) has overall responsibility for the over $30 billion of invested assets for Cigna's Insurance Portfolios and the Cigna Pension Plans.  Cigna is a leading global health services and insurance provider and Fortune 15 company whose invested assets include public and private corporate bonds, commercial mortgages, private corporate mezzanine debt and equity, real estate equity, public equity and short-term investments.   CIM- Data Enablement Team - Business Project Lead Analyst   Position Summary: The Business Project Lead Analyst serves as a strategic partner to Finance, Investment, and Technology stakeholders, leading business analysis, project execution, data and reporting initiatives, and testing activities across enterprise transformation programs. The role requires strong expertise in stakeholder management, requirements management, data analytics, and quality assurance, with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technology and data solutions that drive measurable business value. Job Description & Responsibilities : The Business Project Lead Analyst partners with the CIM DET and workstream owner structure.   Key stakeholder partners will be Finance, Accounting, Technical Teams and Automation and AI teams.  Collaborate with Workstream Lead, vendors, and technical team to support requirements identification, documentation and communication to technical partners. Support design conversations to support technical and functional requirements. Support review of functional design and technical design documentation as needed Support the identification of testing scenarios and correlated test scripts. Support the generation of training materials with the use of content creation technologies Provide support as an early tester of capabilities Engage with stakeholders to support requirements gathering and understanding. Support driving project deliverables on time, on budget with quality results Continuous improvement in the identification of opportunities for process improvement or process enhancements in day-to-day execution Familiarity with burn down chart development/management and field mapping UAT Plan development and execution.  Assistance with test scenarios Assistance with defects for end-to-end testing Involvement in data analysis and reporting Competencies / Skills: Understanding of Investment/Finance processes (GL, Subledgers, FP&A, cost allocations, forecasting, etc) Ability to review deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards. Strong business acumen including ability to effectively articulate business objectives. Analytical skills, Highly Focused, Team player, Versatile, Resourceful Ability to learn and apply quickly, including ability to effectively impart knowledge to others. Precise communication skills, including an ability to project clarity and precision in verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills. Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills with the ability to work across business, finance, accounting, and technology teams Requirements gathering Hands-on experience executing test cases, driving SIT/UAT, creating test scenarios, managing defects, coordinating business sign-offs, and ensuring quality delivery. Strong SQL skills and experience with Power BI/Tableau, data analysis, data quality, ETL processes, APIs, and data governance concepts Expert in requirements gathering, BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process mapping, stakeholder workshops, and solution design reviews.

Required: Experience : 5 to 8 years in business or systems analysis, including writing business specifications, technical design documents and solution overviews  Domain Knowledge : Finance / Investment Process. Technical Skills : Familiarity with tools like SQL (Data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting), Reporting (Power BI, Tableau), Alteryx, Dataiku, JIRA, Toad, or similar
