This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.     Position title: SAP Fieldglass iXp Intern – Partner Operations Finance Intern Location: Galway, Ireland Expected start date to end date:  01/09/2026 30/08/2027   The Partner Benefits Catalog (PBC) belongs to SAP ecosystem and is a digital platform that provides partners with curated services to accelerate growth and deliver customer value. As an PES Finance Operations Intern  -  You will support the team in managing and improving the Global finance operations workstreams. You will gain a deep understanding of the end-to-end O2C process, incorporating Billing and E-Commerce transactions, revenue recognition operations and partner-facing support activities.

Support processing and tracking of billings for our Partner Benefits Catalogue. Maintain and update billing and payment content, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Provided internal and external stakeholders with billing and payment information. Support the team with SAP Program Billings initiatives. Support preparation of team materials (e.g., meetings, workshops, documentation) Help maintain documentation and SharePoint content. Contribute to improving processes, tools, and workflows by implementing and using AI capabilities Support basic data analysis and preparation of reports or summaries. Assist in collecting feedback and identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Enrolled student in a business, commerce, economics course. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proactive team player with good communication skills Structured, detail-oriented working style with a strong sense of ownership Ability to work independently and collaborate in a global, multicultural team Quick learner with an interest in E-Commerce finance processes. Good understanding of AI models.  Perplexity, Chat GBT, Claude. Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus  Excel proficiency is a must.  Lookup, Pivot, Power BI.
