The role is responsible for managing critical end-to-end onboarding activities for Senior Relationship Management (SRM) clients across the EMEA region. The primary responsibility is to deliver a seamless front-to-back onboarding experience for high-priority Focus clients, requiring frequent interaction with senior Sales teams, external clients, and multiple internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of the onboarding process. The role supports day-to-day BAU activities for the Sales & Trading desk, primarily focusing on the onboarding pipeline for Clearing, ETD, FID, Repo, FX and Equity. It involves extensive client engagement and close collaboration with Credit, , Legal, Risk, and other control functions to manage complex and exceptional client onboarding requests while ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements. In addition to BAU responsibilities, the role is accountable for: Monitoring weekly onboarding pipelines and tracking key deliverables. Hosting prioritization meetings with stakeholders. Managing urgent and high-priority onboarding requests with sound judgment and precision What you'll do in the role: Client Portfolio Management > Proactively manage onboarding of high-volume clients across multiple asset classes, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency. > Serve as a subject matter expert for SRM clients, leveraging insights into client behaviours to anticipate needs and deliver tailored solutions. > Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, anticipating needs and delivering tailored solutions. > Act as the primary escalation point for your SRM queries, ensuring prompt, accurate, and effective resolution of issues. > Lead root cause analysis for recurring or high-impact problems, coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions. > Take ownership of strategic initiatives and projects outside of BAU activities, driving process improvement > Identify process enhancements to improve client experience, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation. > Share best practices and lessons learned across teams and departments, contributing to organizational learning and excellence. > Lead engagement with regional and global stakeholders to elicit, challenge, document and prioritize business requirements for reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
