The Opportunity As an Executive Assistant, you will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, proactively managing Partner priorities and enabling effective decision-making and execution. Your experience in business communication and stakeholder coordination will help you build strong relationships with senior leaders and teams. This role goes beyond administrative support, requiring strong ownership of end-to-end coordination, anticipation of business needs, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will work with autonomy and clear responsibilities, playing a key role in ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day operations while supporting broader business objectives.
Your key responsibilities
Provide high level support to a small group of Partners and Executives Own and proactively manage complex calendars, travel and accommodation, ensuring alignment with business priorities and exercising judgment to resolve conflicts and re-prioritize as needed Own and proactively manage inbox communications, including screening, responding, and ensuring timely follow-up and closure of key actions Prepare expense claims and timesheets on a weekly basis Actively manage communications and interactions with stakeholders, prioritizing competing demands, aligning expectations, and driving follow-ups to closure Draft, review, and manage communications including presentations, emails, reports, agendas and papers, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency in Partner messaging Coordinate client events, internal and external, as required within MENA Act as a key coordination point across teams, proactively managing priorities and ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines Develop a strong understanding of engagement priorities and business context to support decision-making and anticipate requirements
Skills and attributes for success
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues and competing priorities Strong judgment and decision-making capability in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize shifting workloads effectively High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills Proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge, re-prioritize, and escalate where needed Client-focused approach with the ability to build and influence long-term relationships Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining ownership and accountability
To qualify for the role, you must have
A minimum of seven years of EA experience in the secretarial field, preferably within Big 4
