Warehouse Shift Coordinator

About this opportunity:     Ericsson is the leading provider of Information and Communication Technology to service providers. Our Supply site in Estonia is looking for Warehouse Shift Coordinators to support our Material Handling department at Peterburi tee 67a, Tallinn. In this role, you will coordinate day-to-day work in the warehouse, ensure a safe and efficient working environment, and secure that quality, productivity, and process-adherence targets are met.    This is a shift-based role working 12-hour shifts (07:30–19:30 or 19:30–07:30). Our shift pattern is 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, followed by 4 days off.

Coordinate day-to-day activities in material handling operations  Support daily warehouse operations and resolve operational challenges during the shift  Be responsible for shift-related reporting, including daily operational results  Monitor process adherence and ensure quality and productivity targets are achieved  Work closely with process control and production departments to secure smooth material flow  Ensure a safe and efficient working environment in line with occupational health and safety requirements  Coordinate work and secure efficient utilization of warehouse resources across shifts      The skills you bring:    Experience in managing or coordinating material handling or warehouse operations  Strong communication and cooperation skills  Ability to take responsibility for your actions and decisions, with a hands-on approach during shifts  Knowledge of the supply process and relevant sub-processes within material handling  In-depth understanding of warehouse material handling ways of working and related processes  Ability to coordinate work across different teams and secure efficient resource utilization  Good understanding of occupational health and safety requirements in a warehouse environment  Excellent Estonian and Russian language skills  A structured and proactive way of working, with the ability to resolve issues during the shift and drive continuous improvements      Please note, only local (Estonia-based) applicants will be considered, as there is no relocation or alternative location on offer.   This advertisement covers multiple vacancies.
