You will lead the white glove soft services delivery at our clients bay area corporate campus. Location: Redwood City, CA 94065 Work Schedule: Onsite, M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM + varies for corporate meetings/events Reports to: Senior Facilities Manager Estimated base salary range: $95,600 - $117,100 What this job involves: The Workplace Experience Manager oversees the day-to-day workplace environment for the client account, creating a productive, safe, and engaging experience for employees and visitors. The role partners with HR, Facilities, IT, Amenities, Client RE&F and service providers to manage workplace facilities, services, resources, and communications effectively. What your day-to-day will look like: Workplace condition oversight: Monitor the condition, maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of office spaces, common areas, amenities, and outdoor spaces. Facilities coordination: Coordinate with facilities teams and service providers to resolve workplace issues and maintain efficient operations. Health and environmental standards: Support workplace compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental standards. Space utilization: Monitor workplace utilization and identify opportunities to optimize the use of offices, shared spaces, and amenities. Workplace layouts: Coordinate office layouts and space plans that support business needs and employee experience. Desk and seating assignments: Manage desk assignments and related moves, adds, and changes in coordination with stakeholders. Conference room availability: Oversee conference room booking practices and address recurring availability or usability issues. Growth and relocations: Partner with stakeholders to plan for growth, relocations, and departmental changes that affect workplace space. Reception and front-of-house services: Plan and manage reception and visitor-facing workplace services as applicable to the account. Employee amenities: Plan and manage workplace amenities, which may include food service, fitness, and other employee-support offerings. Vendor relationships: Manage relationships with workplace service vendors, property management, cleaning, security, and other providers. Vendor contracts and service levels: Support vendor contracting and monitor service quality, performance expectations, and corrective actions. Workplace technology coordination: Partner with IT to implement and maintain workplace technology, including access control, room booking, digital signage, and audiovisual tools. Technology user support: Help employees use workplace technology and coordinate troubleshooting or escalation when issues arise. Client Store management: Provide management and oversight the client’s brand store operations including, but not limited to, inventory management, trade show sales, and other store-related responsibilities and activities. Workplace budget: Manage workplace operating budgets, monitor expenses, review invoices, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Work order ticket management: Oversee the workplace work-order ticket process and track ticket acknowledgement and response-time expectations. Vendor performance audits: Conduct regular vendor performance reviews, identify service gaps, and implement corrective actions when
