Build the IT infrastructure that powers millions of deliveries. SOPなしでIT問題を解決、根本原因特定・エスカレーション。 Own project documentation: progress reports, as-builts, lessons learned. プロジェクトドキュメント（進捗・完成図書・レッスンラーンド）管理。 Build automation using scripting to reduce manual effort and increase consistency.
