Job Summary

As a Project Manager Leader , you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic initiatives that support business objectives and drive operational excellence. You will partner with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget. What You Will Do
Lead and oversee multiple projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Manage, coach, and develop project management professionals while fostering a high-performing team environment. Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align priorities, remove barriers, and drive project success. Establish and maintain project governance, standards, and best practices across initiatives. Monitor project performance, resources, budgets, and risks, implementing mitigation plans when needed. Communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to leadership and stakeholders. Lead change management efforts and support the successful implementation of strategic initiatives. Drive continuous improvement by enhancing project management processes, tools, and methodologies. Influence decision-making and build strong partnerships across teams to achieve business goals. Ensure effective resource planning and allocation to support project and program objectives. Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced English proficiency is required for this role. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business challenges and implement effective solutions. Proven success in using data and performance metrics to drive business outcomes and project execution. Proven success in presenting recommendations, business cases, and project updates to leadership teams. Extensive knowledge of change management principles and stakeholder engagement strategies. Cross-Team Integration: Extensive knowledge of leading cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Operations. Demonstrated ability to build collaborative partnerships across business units, sites, and regions. Working knowledge of facilitation techniques that drive effective team collaboration and project execution.
