Support the HRBP in liaising with the Recruitment and Selection, Payroll, and Compensation departments to ensure internal client needs are met; Assist in organizing and monitoring Performance Evaluation, Calibration, and Development Plan (PDI) cycles; Support the processing and review of promotion, transfer, merit, and termination procedures for the departments served; Monitor the onboarding journey of new hires in the business units, ensuring they have a positive integration experience. Mandatory requirements: Currently pursuing a college degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; Intermediate English; Availability to complete an in-person internship (30 hours per week) at Helibras in São Paulo for at least 2 years; Internal candidates, please note the golden rule.
