1. Plans and provide technical support to product performance to contract manufacturers, customers, sales, marketing and quality. 2. Constantly monitor and improve on-going manufacturing product performance and NPI in terms of quality, yield and cost. 3. Provide timely & accurate reporting on product performance metrics. 4. Support on customers returns, analyze and provide solution to the problems. 5. Demonstrate ability to analyze data, and use various problem solving methodology. 6.
