Drive full-lifecycle recruiting and end-to-end talent acquisition across critical non-technical and technical roles (including Program Managers, Software Engineering, and People Partners) in London and the EMEA region. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, operating as a trusted advisor to influence hiring strategies, leveling, and location decisions. Leverage data, market intelligence, and talent insights to diagnose hiring bottlenecks, reduce process inefficiencies, and ensure pipelines are representative. Provide an exceptional, fair, and positive experience, role-modeling DeepMind’s values both internally and externally. Cultivate networks of high-potential, passive talent to meet future business demands.
Minimum qualifications: 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition, in an agency or corporate setting. Experience in stakeholder and project management. Preferred qualifications: Experience managing full-lifecycle recruiting and end-to-end talent acquisition across technical and non-technical domains across the EMEA region. Experience utilising talent analytics, market intelligence, and data insights to identify pipeline bottlenecks, streamline recruiting workflows, and build representative applicant pools. Ability to cultivate stakeholder partnerships and serve as a trusted advisor to influence hiring strategies, leveling, and location decisions. Demonstrated ability to advocate a fair and high-touch applicant experience while upholding organizational values internally and externally.
