THE WORK This position supports the Advanced Development Integration and Production Programs (ADI&PP) within the MIC2 line of business as a program finance analyst as well as the submarket segment Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) lead. The candidate will prepare and provide financial oversight on contract execution across multiple contracts with various requirements.  Standard duties include emphasis on adhoc analysis, preparation of monthly outlook forecasts for Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash, supporting LRP and Op Plan. This candidate will work independently with the Program team as a trusted liaison providing recommendations and financial insights.  Additionally, this position is for the FP&A lead for the ADI&PP portfolio which has expansive duties into leadership of business rhythms, briefing results and outlook as required, and supporting adhoc requests from stakeholders.

Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations. Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions. Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements. Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required. Basic Qualifications 
 Extensive Financial Planning and Analysis experience as this position will act as the Submarket Segment FP&A lead Monthly Outlooks, Long Range Plans, Contract Status Reports, balance sheets, incomestatements Working knowledge of EVMS principles andapplication to financial processes Experience with COBRA, SAP & Hyperion Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel Experience with Cost Control, Risk Identification and Management Strong Analytical Skills &
