Help automate portions of weekly reporting and prepare materials for customer meetings. Customer Support & Engagement: Assist with ad hoc customer requests, including sample ordering, tracking, and management, and take end-to-end ownership of customer support tickets from intake to resolution. Support product cutting and line reviews, with the opportunity to engage directly with the customer in these settings. Product, New Item & Retail Execution: Create and maintain product specification catalogs and documentation, ensuring supplier guidelines and processes are consistently met. Assist with new item setup, costing, and retail audits. Support retail execution by monitoring shelf availability, modular compliance, pricing and promotional execution, and product quality and presentation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the groups our sales team works with every day, including Business Units, R&D, Innovation, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and more, to get work done in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
